Ok, I know there was already a 3 month train started, but I didn't see many responses. Whether you are at the beginning/middle/end of March, jump in as soon as you have your 3 month check up! Lets keep this post going Please! Sooooo... here is another one, and I hope we can ALL Post up, to get inspired, to compare and gage where we are so far, to uplift and encourage each other, and just to check in, because it is IMPORTANT! Please respond with the following: Surgery Date: 12/20/04 Surgery Type: LAP RNY Proximal Pre-Surgery Weight: 343 3 Month Check up Date: 3/15/05 3 Month Check up Weight: 292 Total Weight loss so far: -51# Pre-surgery size: 30/32 New size to date: 22/24 Meals Per day: 2 (varies) Protein intake: 70g Water intake: 45-60oz depending What works: soft foods What don't: crunchy/hard food Advice: Don't eat too fast, or drink too soon... ouch! Inspiration: I look good in clothes... that's what keeps me in check! I know it seems like a bit much, but it is important to see where you are, against where your fellow December Crew member. Inspiration: wearing clothes i havent worn in years...buying new boots!

Inspiration: I am looking good in clothes, when I want to eat something that doesn't conform to my new eating habits, I say to myself, thin and healthier is better, that's what keeps me in check! Inspiration: I am seeing a difference in my pics from last year and now... Things in my closet are fitting much better and some things I am "swimming" in... This is wild!! But I love the ride...

Hey Vera, Today was my 3 month mark. Well I didn't do as well as I thought that I might have but I'm very happy none the less, so here we go.
