HELLO MY DECEMBER FAMILY;
I think I have hit another stall and I am very upset as I had one when I was about a month post-op that lasted 3 weeks and I am not happy about having another one this soon Anyway I guess there is nothing that I can do about it but and wait it out. I did however increase my protien today and hopefully my water so maybe I will be able to break it sooner this time. I guess I just had to vent a little bit and I need some from my family so lets hear it.
Love to you all,
James
I've stalled too. Haven't lost in almost 2 weeks now. And even worse, I went for my 3 month checkup and the doctor's scales weighed 7 lbs heavier than mine. I guess we just need to focus on the fact that we have to be losing with the reduced calories we are eating. And maybe we'll step on the scales soon and see a 'big' drop. It is frustrating though.

DARLING, SWEETIE, BABY... sugar! It is too soon to worry about that. Just drink more water, eat/drink more protein, and up your exercise a bit!
We are now 3 months out, and the level of the above that worked for us till now, must be increased!
Don't worry so much now, because soon (as I hear), out tummy's will be waking up for more!
Smile Luv...
Always,
Your girl.... Vera, Crew Encourager
I was so relieved to see the December family page. I too have hit a stall in my weight loss efforts. I was losing very steadily and am exercising daily. But now I havent had any weight loss in two weeks. I do still seem to be losing inches, but my three months is quickly approaching, 3/27 and I am not going to reach my 38% goal set by the nutritionist. I would have to lose 18 pounds to reach the goal the Drs office gave me. I am disappointed by that. I still keep plugging along and hope that the pounds will continue to come off.
