IT'S BEEN 9 YEARS ...

For the first time in 9 years, I AM UNDER 200 LBS. !!! I am so happy! This is THE BEST decision I have ever made! Hugs, Chrissy 245/199/150ish?

Congrats Chrissy, keep up the good work. I hope that some day I will be able to see the other side of 200. Haven't seen that since Jr. High or the first part of high school. But when I ask the Dr. about how much they thought I might lose he said approx. 125lbs and seeing as how I was at 328 on my surgery date it looks like close but no cigar. Oh well if I get to 200 I will be elated as I have not seen that even when I was on Fen-Phen. So far though I have come from a 48 pants to 42's and from a 3xl shirt to an xl. I have been really happy about that. Anyway keep up the good work and I hope to talk to you soon. James
