so far: 1 protein shake (so far it's the best, strawberry banana) 1 serving breakfast casserole 1/4 of an ounce of ham 1 serving breakfast casserole 1 and 1/2 ounces of ham I'll probably have some fruit or something tonight at work. Calories: 587 Fat: 32 Carbs: 28 Protein: 47

Hi Brooke Let see....... brfst CC choc milk and fatfree milk snack string cheese lunch 1/2 mcgrill chicken patty dinner crockpot chicken propel 63oz so far cals 1069 fat 38 carbs 91 too much protein 89 not enough! I lost a pound again finally! jamie 334/285

breakfast: sf carnation instant breakfast with 1% milk lunch: 3oz salad with ranch...ham turkey and cheese dinner: 1/2 McGrill Chicken from McDonalds...a few f/f various waters and supplements 440/335/??? Lissa NightFire
