My 10 week weigh in!!!

OK,, here it is ..Yesterday I weighed in at 409lbs..I started at 503lbs on december 20th 2004....yea,,yea,,,I'm down 94lbs .. yes thats right 94lbs...Thank all of you for all the love and prayers..I am truly blessed...God bless you all...Ron in Arizona..Oh yea today it was 90 degrees here..yahooooo!!!

Congratulations!! I thought I was doin good at 60!! Oh and your weather, Here in Cleveland, the weather guys are all excited becaue if we get 6 more inches of snow it will be some kind of record-----140 inches of snow for the winter!! Congratulations Ron! That is awesome!! I am so happy for you. I am down 70lbs since December,and 100lbs since August when I had to have emergency surgery(ovarian cancer) I appreciate you because you always speak of God and his love,and how He answers prayer.God has brought me through so much!
