You are all AWESOME!!!!!

Hello to all of you, First I would like to thank all of you *****sponded to my previous post, you have no idea how much it helps to hear that we are all about the same and we are doing a great job. The support on the December board is awesome and I love it here. I hope that I can be a support to all of you as much as you are to me. Have a wonderful day and be good to yourself. Good Job Loni,, Yes we are all here for each other. I weighed in yesterday and i am down from 503lbs on 12-20-2004 to 409lbs as of yresterday,,sooooo I feel great. Thank you for being here for me ok? God bless you....Ron in Arizona.(90 degrees here today)..P.S. You are a beautiful woman!!!!

Loni, I am so glad that we are all here for eachother too! I don't know what I would do without all of you. Since we are updating here, I have good news: I went to the doctor this morning and......dum dum da dum.......56 pounds gone! We are all doing so great! Keep up the good work and keep posting here.
