Ah today... So far... the worst protein shake ever made... Strawberry and Pineapple.. not as good as it sounds!

S: Atkins Advantage Chocolate Royale Protien Shake
L: 1/2 Roast Beef and Cheese Sandwich, orange
S: NSA Hot Chocolate, 12 mini pretzels
D: Shredded Beef Taco on a corn tortilla w/ sour cream
Liquids: 80oz
Did my 1st mile at the gym, plus about 20 minutes on the weight equipment

2 ounces shredded chicken
5 Crystal light hard candies through the day
1 slice cheese pizza (topping off of it only.. no crust)
Slim fast low carb protein drink 20 grams
+all my vitamins
+64 ounces water

8 Ritz crackers ???
D: didn't eat because I fell asleep in my chair when I got home
from the gym. Bypassed my p.m. vitamins, too.
Total: 57 g protein (missed dinner & afternoon protein drink)
