Ah today... So far... the worst protein shake ever made... Strawberry and Pineapple.. not as good as it sounds! most of a protein shake 1 scrambled egg and 1 ounce of cheese 1/2 cup shrimp 1 ounce of beef jerky Soy Crisps and dip for a total of Calories: 713 Fat: 30 Carb:43 Protein: 65 Wooo hoo I hit my goals How did YOU do today?

For me for 3/9: B: NSA Hot Chocolate S: Atkins Advantage Chocolate Royale Protien Shake L: 1/2 Roast Beef and Cheese Sandwich, orange S: NSA Hot Chocolate, 12 mini pretzels D: Shredded Beef Taco on a corn tortilla w/ sour cream Liquids: 80oz Did my 1st mile at the gym, plus about 20 minutes on the weight equipment Susan Lap RNY 12-1-04 285-222-155 (-63)

3/9/05 Proplete Gold protein drink mixed with ff milk- 34.37 grams protein 2 ounces shredded chicken 5 Crystal light hard candies through the day 1 slice cheese pizza (topping off of it only.. no crust) Slim fast low carb protein drink 20 grams +all my vitamins +64 ounces water Kathy

Here's my list for 3/9: B: Hood low carb yogurt smoothie 13 g pro, 4 g carb S: 1 c Hood low carb milk 12 g pro, 3 g carb L: Smart Ones low carb Salisbury 20 g pro, 7 g net carbs Steak (with asparagus) S: 1 c Hood low carb milk 12 g pro, 3 g carb 8 Ritz crackers ??? D: didn't eat because I fell asleep in my chair when I got home from the gym. Bypassed my p.m. vitamins, too. Total: 57 g protein (missed dinner & afternoon protein drink) 20 g carb + Ritz crackers Sue O.
