Hello Everyone; I got an E-Mail

Well it is Wednesday and I want to say thanks to Jamie Birmingham for taking up my slack on Sunday Weigh-in. It is nice to know you guys really like that as much as I do. I have gotten to where I look forward to that part of my week when I can see how well or bad I have done during the week. By the way I had gained a couple of lbs. this week, I was up to 272 and I don't know why but I have decided that I am not going to beat myself up about it and life will go on even if I did not lose anything at least I am eating healthy and I will get better and I have decided that the world is not going to stop because I did not lose anything this week or if I did gain 2 lbs. the sun actually shined today and the world did not come to an end.LOL I also got an e-mail from Vera Davis and she said to tell you all she was in London this week and would be in Paris on her birthday the 11th.She also said for me to tell you all she missed you and would talk to everyone when she returned. So go and have a good week and I will talk to you all on Sunday if not before. Your Friend; James
