Daily Accountability Post
Today (3/8) I've had thus far:
B: 10 oz Hood low carb yogurt smoothie ( 13 g pro, 4 g carb)
L: Smart Ones (low carb) salisbury steak w/ asparagus (20 g pro, 9 g carb, 2 g fiber)
liquids: 2 C Hood low carb milk (24 g protein), 24 oz water
yet to come:
S: Elite berry blast protein shake (23 g pro, 2.5 g carb)
D: not sure yet, have a meeting at church after work. Maybe a Subway low-carb wrap or salad, maybe McD's grilled chicken salad. Kinda cold to eat salad...).
Exercise: maybe have time to get on the cross-trainer machine at home for 30 min. after meeting at church, depends on how long the meeting lasts.
