Daily Accountability Post
So how was your day?
I ate(so far):
1 protein shake (wasn't great but I've had worse)
1 scrambled egg (Yum)
1 taco salad without shell (pretty good filled me up fast)
I"ll probably have half of a grapefruit before bed or another egg to get those last few grams of protein in.
so far I've had about 20 ounces of water but I fully intend on getting the rest in before I go to bed!
After my roommates leave for the casino I'm going to do my Richard Simmons Dance your pants off tape!!
any comments or suggestions for me?

16 oz. sugar free apple cider in the afternoon

10 Baked Tostitos with Salsa
12 oz CC choc milk
A day late, but......
Yesterday I had:
B: 1 cup NSA Hot Chocolate
1 egg w/ cheese
24 oz Crystal Light Orange Sunriser
S: 1 Atkins Advantage Chocolate Royale Protien Shake
L: 1/2 baked pork chop
4 bites steamed broccoli
1 small orange
10 oz CL Orange Sunriser
20 bottle of water after the gym (30 minutes of swimming)
D: 3 oz Grilled Ground Sirloin Steak with onions and cheese
3 or 4 bites of baked potato
1/4 cup of Salad
10 oz CL Orange Sunriser
S: SF Popsickle
Boy, when you write it down, it seems like alot, but it doesn't seem like even a quarter of what I would have eaten before surgery
