So how was your day? I ate(so far): 1 protein shake (wasn't great but I've had worse) 1 scrambled egg (Yum) 1 taco salad without shell (pretty good filled me up fast) I"ll probably have half of a grapefruit before bed or another egg to get those last few grams of protein in. so far I've had about 20 ounces of water but I fully intend on getting the rest in before I go to bed! After my roommates leave for the casino I'm going to do my Richard Simmons Dance your pants off tape!! any comments or suggestions for me?

Hey Brooke Here is what Ive had today bfst egg and cheese omelette sn cc choc milk and fat free milk fruit2O 16oz L Chicken and dumplings sn string cheese fruit2O 16oz D string cheese 1 oz jerky now propel water 33oz Lot of food aaaahhhhh Im feeling much better today thank u for your encouraging words yesterday Jamie

You are most welcome. I've never tried fruit2o is it good? What flavors are there? Did you make the chicken and dumplings yourself because that sounds spectacular!

FRUIT20 is really good my favorite is the raspberry but they have alot of flavors. The chicken and dumpling is dinty moore in a can and i only eat a about a cup but it is ssssoooooooo good Jamie

CC Choc. milk with 1/2 scoop Matrix protein powder 1 string cheese 32 oz decaff coffee spread throughout the morning Lunch 1 meatball 1 string cheese 16 oz. sugar free apple cider in the afternoon Supper 1 meatball 1 string cheese Snack 10 Baked Tostitos with Salsa 12 oz CC choc milk

I bought it at Winn Dixie. My local Walmart had it at one time, but not the last time I looked. It is named Alpine Spiced Cider. The box has packets in it and you mix with ho****er. 15 calories per serving. I like it. Gail

A day late, but...... Yesterday I had: B: 1 cup NSA Hot Chocolate 1 egg w/ cheese 24 oz Crystal Light Orange Sunriser S: 1 Atkins Advantage Chocolate Royale Protien Shake L: 1/2 baked pork chop 4 bites steamed broccoli 1 small orange 10 oz CL Orange Sunriser 20 bottle of water after the gym (30 minutes of swimming) D: 3 oz Grilled Ground Sirloin Steak with onions and cheese 3 or 4 bites of baked potato 1/4 cup of Salad 10 oz CL Orange Sunriser S: SF Popsickle Boy, when you write it down, it seems like alot, but it doesn't seem like even a quarter of what I would have eaten before surgery Susan Lap RNY 12-1-04 285-223-155 (-62)
