Hey guys i seen that no one had posted a weigh in yet so i thought i might.. Unfortunately i have no loss to report but a gain of 1 lb hopefully muscle from working out and my inches are the same... HOW ARE U DOIN? Jamie ((SMILE))

Hi Jamie...........I had my Lap RNY on 12/16 245-202 I am down 43 lbs. I'm sure your right, sometimes I go up a pound, and then the next day down two, go figure. Norma

A pound or two is not bad. It can be a number of things. Not enough water, what you might have eaten for the day. Don't worry about it. My scale says I'm down another pound this morning but I don't even try and count that as of yet because by tonight I could be back up to 256 Donna 338/256/? -82

Hi Again Jamie.... I have a question for you... when is your monthly visitor? The reason I ask is because the other day I went to the doctor and their scale said I was 5 pounds heavier than my home scale... It didnt dawn on me until later that night when my cycle started (sorry to any guys who may be reading this ). It makes a world of difference now... before, we never cared because we didnt get on the scale... Take care, Beckie 255-215-160?

Jamie, I finally dropped four pounds this week. Prior to this I've only dropped about a pound a week for over a month. Guess what I did different this week - I didn't exercize and I fell of the wagon so to speak. For the first time I cheated. I ate two girl scout thin mint cookies. Go figure? Candy 266/212/130

I also don't have weight loss to report, I am beginning the second week of being at 210 i had lap/rny on 12/29/04 256/210 -46 can i get out of these two's... upping the protien, water and exercise. it worked when i was stalled a few weeks ago next week hopefully we will all have some good news.

Has of yesterday,I am at 222lbs from 289lbs! 67lbs Sometime i think im losing to fast.I had my first drink of wine with all my co-workers saturday night,and i passed out there.I wasnt drunk or anything,i only had half a glass,and i sipped that.sooo needless to say i got made fun of quite a bit monday,lol.So i do know now that I'm not a drinker,lol.I have a bruse all the way down the left side of my body.
