Anybody have any new ideas for protein or food,,help please

Well, my friend, YOU AND ME BOTH! I am trying so hard to get my protein in with food only, but I usually have to open a protein bar up at least once a day! I have been able to finally tolerate salad, so I am adding chicken, shrimp, or grilled tuna steak to that and adding chopped hard boiled egg, cheese, nuts, etc. I am really enjoying the salads although I cannot each a large portion at one sitting. Usually the meat is left over from another meal. My hubby is the big cook here and he has been a lifesaver. He has made me the grilled Tuna steaks even if it is really cold outside. (Unlike your sunny weather!) I have also had chicken and shrimp Francese. I have even had crab legs in drawn butter. It was at a restaurant and the butter didn't bother me. I figure, for how much fat we intake a day, it was okay to have the real butter, as long as it didn't bother my tummy! I know protein is our big issue, but if it comes in a different way, I think it helps it go down better. Try to change your routine a little each week.
