Bye bye 200's!!
You are doing awesome as well!! My date is 12/13/04 237-180 (-57) and I do not want to eat much of anything but I do drink lots of Fruit 2 O in Strawberry (the Raspberry is too sweet for me since the surgery) I probably love to drink water because prior to the surgery I drank 90 to 120 oz.s of water every day so it is a hand habit to be drinking water. Now eating is another matter! I am never, ever hungry so I have had to write out a schedule that would make me eat (or drink protein drinks) at the right times to ensure I get my protein. Not easy on the week-ends but a snap during the week. During the work week I just use this schedule. Breakfast (usually a protein drink since eggs and I have parted company since the surgery-ugh!), 10 a.m. break - usually a protein bar or an oz of low fat cheese, lunch (whatever my husband conjures up for me) and for good measure I take a 20 minute walk (which as become brisker as of late), 3 p.m. break - same as the 10 a.m. break, then the drive home and fix dinner. I also take a protein drink as a night time snack...but on the week-ends SIGH I forget to eat (that is incrediable) and look at the clock and whoops..6 hours have passed and all I have had is water..I am working on it but I get busy and just forget.. Good fortune to you!
