Thanks for responding everybody. Sorry I didn't answer everyone individually, but I wanted to see all the responses before I posted anything else. I decided thru my plateau that I was possibly not getting enough protien in thru solid foods, although when figuring it on fitday I was getting in easily 70-80 grams per day. I had kinda slacked off of my protien shakes during this time because I thought I was getting in enough thru my solids. After 3 weeks of this plateau, I decided it was time to get back on my protien shakes to see what would happen. When I did, boom, the scales started to move again. Now exactly what that had to do with it, when only having one protien shake a day, I'm not sure, but it seemed to have worked, so I'm gonna keep on getting atleast one in per day. I am also FINALLY joining a gym, and I am gonna star****er aerobics and swimming laps beginning Monday. With having had back surgery a few years ago, excercise has been difficult for me. My recumbant air bike and weights just don't seem to be doing the trick anymore. So like my surgeon suggested to us in our last support group meeting, it is time to change things up... so swimming pool here I come... Thanks again everybody, and keep up the great work losing all these pounds.... Susan Lap RNY 12-1-04 285-225-155 (-60)

Yep, I'm experiencing another plateau. I lost seven pounds the week I had the flu but this week I haven't drop anything. Is this a plateau? Perhaps. This will be the second time for me. I'm losing slowly but I haven't done much exercising.. so I'm hoping that exercise will help get things rolling again. 334/290/150
