Exercises????
i like the ball not taxing on the feet at all, i bounce like a nut on it i also got a workout dvd with it, it's not so bad. it forces you to use other parts of you body to stabilize your body on the ball, next for me is one of those plastic workout suits, i actually found on that would now fit me, i would before. i alsi lie on the ball and lift weights, good for chest and back work.

Ok well the trainer wants me to do just cardio for 3 weeks like treadmill on cross training mode for 15-20 mn with my heart rate at least at 150 then he wants me to do the cycles on fat burn mode for 20mins with heart rate at 160 and then the elliptical on cross training mode(stairstep) very hard for 5-10min with heart rate at 160 and thats all he wants right now trying to get my heart in shape first. And that is at least 3 times a week but i go everyday except sunday. he said it should really show results. And in three weeks i start the strength training machines and stuff i will let you know what that is when i get there. Also if you join your local ymca they give u some FREE personal trainer time that will help alot.

I use my recumbent bike and bike 10 miles in 1 hour and I set it at the highest resistance and I am going about 10 miles per hour. With using the highest resistance I can burn up 800+ calories per hour. I had been doing this 3 days a week, but I need to do it everyday. I just sweat so much while riding and then I freeze.
I also do weight training 3 days a week.
I seem to be losing slowly now so I need to kick this exercise up. Maybe I will try aerobics soon.
