Endoscopie done

I'm home from the hospital. (left the house at 7:45am and got home at 9:30pm) I had Ulcers AND my pouch was closing up. They opened it up and I had a bit of blood. The blood was because the sores were healing together. The Dr took pictures. It's kinda like my pouch in one big open sore. Liz

I was scared they would not find anything. It's good to know it was something real making me sick. I'll finally be able to eat real food. Liz

Sorry to hear about your problems. I hope you will start to feel better soon. Did you have ulcers before the surgery? if not how is you got them now?

I never had them before. I think I got them from taking penicillin a month ago. I think the pills got stuck in my pouch and burned a hole. When my pouch closed up, the wounds healed together. The Dr. opened my pouch up and said I should be fine. I don't feel good today though. I'll give it some time to heal. Liz
