Exercise for the day.. and a concern

What did you do for exercise today?? I did 1 mile on the eliptical 1 mile on the treadmill 1 mile on the bike I came home and ate one of my mini 3 ounce can of tuna and it didn't fill me up like it used to. I mean I'm not really hungry, but before it used to leave me feeling really full... should I be worried?

Around week 6 ot 7 my capacity seemed to change. My 3 oz serving of protein didn't give me that stuffed feeling like it used to. Now I have space for some broccoli or a salad. I figured that it was due to healing. Last night when I worked out, I did: 20 minutes stretching and some abdominal work; 15 minutes weights for the arms; 15 minutes recumbent stepper machine (legs only, to get at my butt); 3.5 miles on the bike. I'm having big trouble with my hips of late, bursitis I think. I only worked out twice last week as walking was enough of a challenge. This week they have calmed down, so I went back to exercising yesterday with the resistance level turned down lower than before. So far, so good. I tried the eliptical machines that my gym has, but they seem to aggravate the hips due to being upright. Maybe that will get better after losing more weight. The treadmill and I have a weird relationship. I can't go very fast on it, so I'm just about at the minimum speed the thing can put out and there isn't anyplace to decrease to for a "cool down". My problem is that at the end of the workout, I've stopped but my balance system hasn't and I get really dizzy. I should try again now that I've been doing other things. Sue O.
