Good morning My December family Well how is everyone this morning? Come on lets all go to the potty room and then hit the scales. Drum roll please my weight this morning is 270!!!!! Yaaa Hooo down 6 #'s from last week and a total of 58 #'s all together Ok I am expecting to hear from all of you this morning. And then go and have a great day. James 328/270/170

AND IT WAS GREAT... 270 RIGHT ON THE BUTTON... I STARTED AT 347.... I AM VERY PLEASED WITH WHERE I AM NOW... ...... ... ... HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A WONDERFUL SUNDAY BONBON
