I sleep on my belly, but sometimes it leaves me waking up a little sore.

i've been sleeping on my front since mid-february. I kept fighting it(cause sleeping on my belly was uncomfortable for awhile)and than I woke up at about 4:30 one morning and reached for a glass of water- It hit me that I was sleeping on my belly and I have not looked back since. My slep is off-kilter at the moment because of flu- but for the most part my sleeping routine is pretty normal- about 8 hours a night.

Hon, I couldn't sleep on my stomach before surgery! Not unless I had pillows up under me, and even still it's too much pull on my back. Cat

I started sleeping sorta on my belly when I was still in the hospital. I would lay on my side, put a pillow in front of me, then lay on the pillow. That worked well until I was about three weeks out. I've been able to sleep on my belly full on since then. Candy 266/216/130 -50# week 10
