Weight and pain question
Hey Loni... good thing you talked to your surgeon. Well, remember a while back, I had the same problem? I posted it, and discovered that I started doing too much, too soon. I was working out WITH THE INCLINE on the treadmill, and there should be NO INCLINE at least for 3 months! Devistated, I stoped the treadmill, and just started back WITHOUT AN INLICNE, week 8!
Also, if you are sitting, or sleeping on that side, STOP. Try pillows. Also, warm compresses helped!
Just a few things that worked for me!
Good luck darling!

Hey Vera,
I had been wondering if I was doing to much, but my surgeon told me I could do anything that I wanted so I was. As a matter of fact I have been doing the treadmill with the incline like 2 days a week, so I will cut that down and not do it for a while. I think I will just do the treadmill with no incline and see how I do.
The sleeping thing, I can only sleep on my side. I have two cracked bones in my lower lumbar and it is very painful to sleep on my back. But I have noticed that when this flairs up, that the heating pad helps me. I really appreciate your help.
Hope your having a wonderful weekend.
Loni
