What did you eat yesterday?! Today?! Whenever
I'm getting pretty bored with my food. I need some easy food ideas (i'm not much of a cook but I'm learning).
Today (Wednesday) I had:
1 square of Breakfast Casserole
1/2 an orange
1.5 ounces of cheese
1.5 ounces of chicken and steak fajitas
1/2 cup Pineapple Tidbits
for a total of:
21 fat
24 carb
26 protein
383 calories
I'm probably going to have another high protein food before I go to bed, or so more fajitas... yumm... I think I'm going to do it now!

Trying to get myself to eat each day.. I am falling into a bad habit of not eating. I am never hungry. So I tend to just drink drink drink. lol
Yesterday -
Breakfast - bowl of Total Protein cereal with high protein milk
Lunch - half a hard boiled egg, half an ounce of chedder cheese
Dinner - 2 ounces of tuna with 2 wheat crackers
Snack - half a stalk of celery with peanut butter
2 x 32 ounce glasses of crystal light with nectar protein (92 grams protein)
2 x 16.9 ounce glasses of Propel
2 x 16.9 ounce bottles of water
