Mini-Meatloaf
I'm not a great cook but I have used ground turkey instead of ground beef for years. For families with picky eaters try this. Mix your meats 20/80 or 30/70 then 50/50 thne 30/70. Sometimes it doesn't take that long to get them used to it. Sometimes it does but there's almost no grease in the ground turkey. I like the idea about the little mini loafs. I have one of the food savers and I bet those would freeze up beautifully.

I have tried the recipes from Susan Maria's book on Bariatriceating.com. They are great and the kind of food that suits us. I am making the mexican meatballs tonite. Suzanna's Chili is outstanding, although I substitute ranch beans for the black beans and when I eat it I stir in some Any Whey instantized protein for an extra protein shot.
