Hello to all December stars!
Hello everyone! I am a lurker but wanted to just let you know I am here! I follow along & smile and sniffle right along with your triumphs and loses (good and bad). I have posted and or responded a few times in the past but never seem to have time (single mom) to sit down on a regular basis to read and respond. I was and am a bit concerned about my slow loss. I weighed 243 had lap rny on 12/20/04 and am today two months out 207. That's 36 lbs. right? I am concerned that I have always been able to eat larger amounts then most of you. I have to be careful not to stretch things out. Early on I had to eat real slow, now I can swallow larger bites, not a good thing... Anywhoo I am eating under 1000 calories a day and thanks to tips from this board have found and use fitday.com. I get my protein in thanks to Isopure Alpine Punch, which I buy, at Vitamin Shoppe (tastes almost like fruit punch). I can't wait to break 200! I still feel so big though. I can't wait to feel the difference! I need to exercise more!!! Thanks for being such a loving, welcoming, supportive bunch of people. I am with you all the weigh (the pun is intended)! Kristina
