Drum Roll Please Last week I weighed 281 and this week 276 that is another 5 pounds gone forever 52 Lbs all together, Hey I have Joined the Half Certury mark. Thank You Jesus . WOW James that is GREAT!!! I'm weighing in on tuesday actually but this week I'm down -31.5 lbs!! So I'm very happy about that!! I too hope everyone has a great day!! Blessings Tonya

I dont have a good scale. I still have to buy one. I did not want to get to crazy weighing myself everyday in the begining. I think I can handel getting one now though. I just know I'm about -45. Next Monday is my 3 month Dr apt. That will give me my real loss. Liz
