Today was bad for me. I did not get enough protean or water.

D 12 oz diet lemonade
The fish and sauce part of a filet of fish.
Tonight I will have a protean drink
I was off schedule because my yard was flooding. I had to make a few trips to the fire station to get sandbags. Let me tell you, I could feel my pouch getting thirsty.

1/4 cup alfredo sauce
1 serving of soy crisps with dip
lots of water
2 multivitamins
1 calcium supliment
for a total of:

36 protein
I'm probably going to find another protein item before I go to bed. My protein goal from my nutritionist is 62.
B - 3 eggs whites with 3/4tbsp of green salsa, scrambled
S - 3 mozzarella cheese sticks
L - 3oz chili con carne with beans (99% fat free variety) with 1/4oz shredded cheddar cheese
D - Rotisserie chicken, ate a leg (drumstick and thigh), no skin...probably about 3oz of meat
S - Protein drink with fresh blackberries
