EXERCIZE POLL!!!!
Okay December Diva's and Dude's,
Let's hear how your doing on the exercize. I admit, as of late, I have slacked. (I've been excessively tired? Weather?) Time to get back to it. I got the okay to lift 20 pounds. So I've been walking the treadmill, riding the lifecycles about four days a week, and swimming once a week. So now I'm adding pilates at home the three days off and throwing in some weights to tone. At least that is my new goal!

I got this awesome DVD workout today. It's Denise Austin, but that cool part is that you can make your own work out. The workouts available on the dvd are
Cardio:
low (intensity)
high
Upper Body
low
medium
high
Lower Body
low
medium
high
Abs (10 minute express workout)
Stretching
you can choose any combinations of the workout in any order! So you can watch the same dvd everyday and not get board because it's different workouts!
