Ok all you 13er's and anyone else
Where are all of you today? Just wanted to say hello and check on you all and tell you that I have taken a thought from Vera Davis and started to bump up my protiens to 100 grams a day and I intend to see if it will help with the scales. So how many of you will join me and lets see if the Sunday weigh-in will show something great? Lets get going and see what we can do.
