Support Group

I do not normally post to boards, but I am in need of a support group. I have to work on Saturdays so I can't attend the Wings around Atlanta group. Online will have to suffice until I can find a group that meets on an evening. I live in east Atlanta and had surgery on December 14th. I have lost 60 pounds as of today. Does anyone know of a group that meets in Atlanta on a weeknight? I had my surgery through Emory Bariatrics at Crawford-Long.

Hi Gary, My surgeon has a support group meeting that happens on the 1st Monday of each month at Northside Hospital Physicians Bldg at 6pm. I went to my 1st one this month, and it was great. It is not specific to just his patients. Also, if you haven't already joined the GA board here at OH.com, please do so. We are having our monthly get together in Macon this Saturday. This will also be a first for me. I am going to my first Minimee's Support group meetin tonight, but it is in Warner Robins. I am so glad to have found them. BTW, great job on your weight loss....
