Good Morning!! UPDATE

Today is a pretty good day my platu ended in the middel of the week and i started to lose again today i'm down to 382.I haven't been that low in 8 or 9 years.So that is a loss of sixty pounds since sugery 12/27/2004 not counting the weight i loss before i went in 17 pounds so that is a grand total of 77 lbs. I also lost 11 inches off my gut.I cut my exercise down to 4 days a week i was burning out to fast.Now i feel better and still got my 12 miles in this week.I may go today only because i'm up so early and everyone is still sleeping.Not to shabby for a fat guy.Before i didn't even want to nor did I break a sweat let more work out.I'm so totally a new guy.so i figure i made the fake 100 club the 77 i lost and the 23 i would of gained by now!HA HA Funny but true!!!!! I was one lazy fat man!! Hey Jeff,,you and I are about the same,,Ok here are my results..12/07/2004 503lbs Doctor put me on 2week pre-op diet.12/20/2004 day of surgery 487lbs(down16lbs)...at my 2 week check up,456lbs...at my 6 week check up..423lbs..total weight loss-----ready?-----ready---lol...lol...73lbs.yahoo!!!! my goal is 225lbs..and im going to get there !!!!Jeff you are an inspiration to me..keep up the good work....god bless you and your beautiful family....ron in arizona
