Hello and Happy Tuesday!
If you guys have experienced your first plateau... how did you break it? I am stuck at 30 pounds (loss) and I am going to the gym (all cardio)...
Suggestions would be great! Summer is coming.... woohoo!

I wasn't getting in enough calories so my body thought I was starving it. I increased my calories to 900 and increased my protein to 100 gms and increased my liquid intake to 100 oz. I dropped six pounds three days later. Good luck
