Hi Melissa - I eat 8 to 10 medium shrimp, broiled with Garlic and Margarine. It is currently my favourite meal. I am 7 weeks post-op. Karen

Hello from Liège, BELGIUM Dear Melissa, My surgeon told me not to get near sugar, not even near artificial sugar and to consider sugar like alcohol for an alcoholic. He described dumping and scared me so much that it has been sufficient so far to keep me off any sweets. So far! excepts fruits, of course. Kind regards to all. Solveig
