YOU ALL A BUNCH OF LURKERS!!!!! I made a talipia With a lemon garlic and olive oil brusher over. 4 oz of meat is 20 grams of protien with only 80 calories. I just mixed some lemon juice along with minced fresh garlic and some olive oil brushed it on the fish added salt and pepper When i took it out and ate it i squeed lemon on it . it is good and soft easy to digest with 20 grams of protien.That is all i eat nat dinner. .It's going to be my new dinner for the next few months till i lose my more weight.Hope this helps.. Jeff, that sounds damn good!!! I'll have to give it a try! With all the prepping going on here for our annual SB party, I've been doing lots of cheese sticks and other such grab n go bites. I did, however, do something evil to a big chunk of tri tip. I stuck that sucker in the crockpot with Santa Maria Style Seasonings, extra garlic, some celery flakes, onions, potatos (skins left on) and carrots. Started it at 930am and didn't turn it off until 630pm. OMG! Tender, flavorful and went down smooth as silk! Tonight I think I'll throw a couple of chicken breasts in the crockpot and smother it with marinade and just cook it til it falls apart... YUM! Jen

OKAY... I DON'T DO VERY WELL WITH MEASURING... BUT I KNOW I AM NOT OVER EATING.... MONDAY B- 1 SCRAMBLE EGG W CHEESE S- 8OZ MILK L - ADVANTAGE PROTEIN DRINK S - 8 OZ MILK D - COUPLE BITES OF SALAD, AND 1/4 PORTION OF STUFFED SOLE (WE ATE OUT) SO NOW I HAVE LOTS OF LEFT OVERS FOR LUNCH THIS WEEK. S- TO FULL 56 OZ OF WATER... I KEEP A WRITTEN LOG OF WHAT I EAT AND WHAT I DRINK AND IF I EXERCISE .... AND I SET THE BOOK RIGHT HERE ON THE PUTER... SO I AM ALWAYS REMINDED TO WRITE IN IT... I ALSO JOURNAL A LITTLE ABOUT THE DAY, THINGS THAT MADE ME HAPPY OR THINGS THAT WERE A PROBLEM... OKAY... NEXT.... BONBON
