Protein & Food Train... Get on Board for the Week...
Hey my December 04 Team! I am hoping that like other boards, we can start the week off by tracking our Protein, Water, Vitamins and Food intake.... it helps to see what others are doing, as it encourages you, a December Member, to do the same. So, follow the train, and add each day, or as many days as you can!

Hi Girlfriend!
I'm a day late, but here it is:
48 ozs. water (not enough, I know!)
2 Flintstones w/iron-complete, 1 cal citrate, I take a galbladder pill (Ursol?), b-12
I'm at school in the am, so I had 1/2 of a protein bar on the ride there (100 cals. for full bar and 20 gs. as well)
On the way out of school-the other 1/2 of protein bar
At home for lunch--1 slice of pepper ham 98% fat free spread with Alouette cheese and rolled into a "cigar shape" and a little dab of guacamole.
snack-1/2 of eggplant rollatini (1 1/2 ozs) with tom. sauce and ricotta cheese
Dinner-rotisserie chicken about 2 ozs if that, 1 string cheese and 1/2 cup of Dole mandarine oranges for desert.
Drinking some protein drink as we speak will probably get down 20 more gs. tonight
