Good morning LOSERS!!!!!!!!!

I hope everyone will lose lbs today and keep it up!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!! 49 lbs down since surgery 35 days post op FEELING GREAT!!!!

I send out the same message also. I am down 40 pounds this morning. I am so very excited and I am thankful for this surgery. I am feeling very good. Each day the knees feel a little better. I am trying to walk more during the day. I hurt standing up, but after I stretch I do feel good. Monica

hey Jeff, Im not weighing myself until i go to my 6 week check up,At my two week check up I lost 31lbs already,from 487to 456,so I cant wait.I will let you all know when i find out...have a great week and god bless you and your family...ron in arizona

Hey Jeff, Thank you for the well wishes for the day. I'm down 30# since surgery. For some reason today it is just a yucky feeling day. It's raining out and I just have no energy at all, wonder what this is about? Hope you have a wonderful day. Loni

Hi Jeff, I am so proud of you. That is an awesome amount of loss! I am sorry to hear that your knee hurts, but good luck at the doctor. I weighed myself yesterday (I couldn't resist!) I am down to 184.0 and I lost a total of 40 lbs! Remember, I am only 4ft 11in (before I get the emails asking about my height to weight ratio). I think we December babies are doing so great and I am happy for us all! Fran
