Again I say how sorry I am that your journey has been so rough. I can only say that mine has been super. I love loosing this weight and the inches that are now melting off. Each day I am so thankful for my decision to have this surgery and take back my life. My boss gave me some hand me down clothes, she is on WW and has lost almost 50 pounds since October. However the clothes are too big for me. This is something that has not happened to me before. I am floating. I purchased some new clothes on a big sale, size 22, another size I have not seen in at least 7-10 years. One pair fit me know and I am going to wear them to work this week. Hurrah for me. Happy and so thankful.

Hey Bon Bon, You really have been going through a rough time! And yet you continue to reach out and and inspire all the 6 er's! You are truly a very special person!!!
I hope that with each passing day you will be blessed with good health and happiness, and lets not forget about those shedding pounds!!
I had a pretty good week except for fighting a bad cold since Friday. Also have had no strength to exercise since Friday also!! Started back to college nights this past week! That was very interesting! lol!! Once you hit 40 (did I actually admit that!) you have NO memory. Never mind studing!! lol But I can do it! No more excuses in my life anymore!!
I know I made an awesome choice, and I am very grateful!
Have a terrific week everyone!

Hi Bon Bon,
I'm sorry to hear you had a set back. I wish you a speedy recovery. As for me, I'm doing very good. I don't get on the scale, so I won't be a scale junky, I'm able to eat more food, which is a little scary, but no where near my old consumption. I'm in need to mental recovery for day to day eating, because I still have the same appetite so I need to adjust my mental thoughts on portions. I'm still losing, just want to make sure I continue....
Sorry to hear about another setback. I seem to be stuck, weight wise. I have upped my protein & water , but nothing yet. I did go to my PCP last week and I am now off my diabetes meds and he cut my cholesterol & blood pressure meds in half so I'm feeling great about that. But I'm still not STRUTIN'.
