I know we are not supposed to snack, but if we compare our 'new' level of snacking, against how we use to 'graze', a few chips can't hurt. A new snack for me are Cheeto's... the crunchy ones! I eat the 'suggestes serving' size, which is 12 cheeto's. Hey, it even has protein of 3g! So far, so good. I only have a snack about 1-2 times per week, and ALWAYS in the mid-evening, when I am online. Not much, but I would rather satisfy a 'snack' craving, than to end up eating an entire bag, and dumping, due to refusing myself. Ok, whose next... lets keep this going! Vera 12/20/04 -35 343/308/?
