My goodness, you didn't eat much at all! I wish I were that way! I'm feeling like I'm eating all day long! B: Unjury chocolate protein shake with Lactaid and 1 T. Benefiber, but I only get 28 grams of protein ... why is that!? S: 1 oz. cheese L: 1 small can tuna with 1 1/2 t. mayo and a few sliced olives S: 1 oz. cheese, 1 sugar-free chocolate pudding S: 1 oz. cashews (I probably won't eat anything else, and that will be my 'dinner') And of course, a Pop-sickle! On Fitday, this adds up to 69 grams of protein, which is my max, but of course I was high on fat. I notice that I still lose, in spite of the fat! Water 30 oz..need to kick it up Vitamins yes (but not calcium ... I can't bring myself to swallow that tablet; I tell myself I'm eating and drinking lots of calcium!) No exercise, but I DID buy some neat 'running' shoes (for the treadmill at Gold's) at Walmart. Once I hit 200 pounds, I am going to add that.

B: 10 oz. low carb yogurt smoothie -->13 g protein S: 2 c. low carb milk --> 26 g protein L: 3 oz crock pot beef --> 21 g protein 1/4 to 1/2 c. low carb eggplant parmesan -- don't know how much protein, has eggplant, tomato, onion, cheese in it, made like lasagna D: 3 oz some protein with some veggies on the side. -->21 g protein H2O: already had 40 oz, maybe another 20 before bedtime if I'm lucky. Centrum chewable vitamin: 1 a.m., 1 p.m. B12 sublingual weekly Exercise: just finished post-op PT program teaching me exercises I can do at home plus how to use the various machines found in gyms, plus have an eliptical machine in the middle of my living room (which I'm trying to use 5-7 times per week).

B: Protein Drink - 32g protein S: Egg Salad with 4 Ritz crackers L: Protein Drink - 32+g protein S: 2 moz. cheese sticks D: Beans - YUM! I've had at least 32oz of homemade Jamaica tea, took my vitamins and got my walk in. Protein will be at least 100g and that's my goal...so all is good!!! Jen
