HIGH NUMBER OF VIEWS.... Not enough Responses! Please Participate

Hi Vera, I'm sorry but I just realized there was a message board just for those of us who had surgery during December 2004. I'll try to check this board out and start responding to more messages. Thanks for the information it will help a lot of us first time responders to get with it. My surgery was on 12-21-04 and I am doing just fine. I wanted to be as healthy as I could before surgery so I started changing my eating habits before surgery. I started this in September of 2003 and by my surgery date I had lost 61 pounds.
