2. Boil floretts in water
3. Add 'I can't believe it's not butter' into ho****er
4. Put top on hot pot, and reduce flame, to steam floretts
5. Let steam for 10-15 min
6. Remove floretts from water/butter mix
7. Let cool off for a few min
8. put 3 floretts bunches/stalks into blender
9. Add milk and salt/pepper mix into blended floretts
10. Pour into bowl
11. Crumble up remaining 1 florette, and add into soup
This is a wonderfully flavored soup, creamy and chunky with califlower florettes. ***As a substitute for mashed potatoes, you can do the following:
CALIFLOWER MASH
Use the above ingrediance, but do not add milk. Also, do not put floretts in the blender, but use a 'potato masher', to mash the floretts, to a mashed potato consistancy. You can also add 'shreded cheese' for added protein and flavor! Enjoy!
