I've eaten the Chicken Selects from McDonalds, and haven't had any problems.

I believe there is a way to get nutrition info on Mickey D's website at www.mcdonalds.com Also in case anyone is interested I had a site bookmarked about fast food places and nutrition information for a good sized selection of restaurants.... Here's the website info: http://www.dietfacts.com/fastfood.asp I love McNuggets still too!! They are yummy... I usually get a 4 piece and that seems to be just enough to fill the pouchie... Also am enjoying Wendy's Chili a lot... 99 cents for a small and its so convenient too!! Chelle In NNY -40 lbs since 12/17/04

Wow! I would have never thought of trying them. I'm surprised that the fat content doesn't cause dumping syndrome. (Diarhea / nausia) I have been trying to stay away from anything fried because I was too afraid to eat it. It sounds like the McNuggets have worked for a lot of you so I will have to give them a try! Hi- I haven't tried the nuggets yet, but had one of my girl's chicken tenders at Burger King the other night. Nice soft meat, easy to digest, but again don't want to start down that road again....
