Hi all! Glad I finally found this site again. My surgery(RNY) date was 12/28/04. Started at 224 down to 199. Breakfast is a Carnation Instant Breakfast for Carb Conscious. I add a dash of nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon to the vanilla - tastes just like eggnog! Carb Control yogurt (most of it anyway) Lunch is typically chicken soup, although I tried tuna (made with mustard rather than mayo as I HATE mayo) on whole grain crackers. It was great, but I felt too full. Will have to have 1 less cracker next time. Dinner is either roasted chicken with some gravy and mashed potatoes or baked fish and some sweet potato. Finding that I eat dinner far too fast (fiance eats as though he hasn't eaten in years and I can't get him to slow down) Any ideas how to keep myself eating slow instead of keeping pace with him so I stop feeling so lousy after dinner? I'm getting tired of feeling sick every night. I've been trying to get on my elliptical trainer at least 5 days a week, but I've been feeling very dizzy the last few days. I thought at first it was due to not getting in all of my fluids 2 days in a row, but I've been getting at least 50 oz. per day for the last 4 days and still getting dizzy spells when bending over, getting up from bed, or when tilting head back. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks and best of luck to everyone! Toni
