Protein Counter
Vera, I too use FitDay.com. This is a free site and it keeps track of your calories, fat, carbs, and proteins. I have added a lot of food to customize my menu's. When I find a food I like and will return to, I use the packaging to put in all the information. Then I can call it up quickly under my own custom foods. You can also put in other information, weight loss, goals, emotions. I have used this while on weigh****chers too. Hope you find it and use it.
