a sample menu please..
hi. this morning i had a scrambled egg,1 slice of american cheese, and a piece of bacon. lunch- didn't eat any. dinner- 1/4 cheeseburg w/3 french fries. snack- about 25 goldfish crackers.
yesterday- morning- about 1/4 can of tuna w/alittle light mayo w/about 10 goldfish crackers (i love those crackers). lunch- very little bowl of rice and beans w/some pork in it. dinner- 1/4 pork chop, 1 small spoonful of corn, 3 tater tots. snack- some more goldfish crackers.
thank God i ate all the crackers cause now i don't have to eat anymore because they have alot of carbs.

You should try the low-carb goldfish crackers. The recipe is at foodnetwork.com, but basically it's just cheese (mixed cheddar and monterey jack in a block) sliced and baked! I haven't tried it yet, but I intend to soon. It sounds wonderful! Or it might be the regular sliced cheese with chili powder sprinkled on top, cut up, and baked. Either one should be good! Then you're getting pure protein and can eat up!
They're from the show "Low carb and lovin' it", which is great.

B- Carb Freedom Yogert (9 protein)
L- Morning Star Veggie Burger w/ Cheese on it (19 protein)
D- Softshell Chicken Taco w/ Chicken breast on it w/ low carb shell (17
protein.)
Sn- Carb Well (Post breakfast bar)- (10 protein)
and I will probably need to have a protein drink w/ 20 more grams of protein to reach my goal.
For my drinking.... I use 1/3 sugarfree V 8 Splash fruit juice to 2/3 water.

L- Atkins Orange-Vanilla Protein Shake (20g protein)
D - Veggie Crisps (10) 10g protein
S - Applie Juice & Water (24 oz)
Today, my pouch is indifferent, so I have to drink more than eat.
