I JUST WANT TO SAY HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO ALL MY 12/20 TEAM DECEMBER FAMILY! (12/20 & Other December Members)! WE HAVE MADE IT THIS FAR, AND REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH WEIGHT WE HAVE LOST, GOD HAS BEEN WITH US THUS FAR. We have come so far, and I can only pray that the health and welfare that each of us have come to know, to date, will carry us through the rest of this journey. Please, let us keep 'close' and Post often. I see some of us are 'slacking' in sharing, so be encouraged to do so, as it helps not only us, but it also serves as emotional support for you, as well. So far now, let's check in... Post up how you are feeling, what you are able to eat, what you like so far, and don't. Also, if you like, brag about your weight, or anything that you ar eproud of so far. Here for you, so lets be here for each other! Hi Vera & Ron, Happy right back at ya! I am feeling great. I just went to my first support group meeting tonight. I really had a great time. Thanks, Vera for the prayers, I will add to them.
