variety on drinking options?

Here's something that I recently whipped up that has given me another option.
It's kind of a Mocha Coffee. I take 3 teaspoons of Decaf/Sugar Free Suisse Mocha International Coffee, and 1/2 a scoop of Chocolate Designer Whey Protein, and add about 8 - 10 ounces of ho****er. It really tastes more like Hot Chocolate than Coffee, but it still gives me the warm fuzzies that I had when sipping on my coffee in the morning before surgery. The trick with this though is to make sure you don't get the water too hot or the protein will clump up. I usually take cold tap water and nuke it for 1 1/2 minutes, and it's just right. I tried using hot tap water and cooking it for the same amount of time, and it clumped up.

I just learned this year that we should never drink the ho****er that comes out of the tap in the kitchen. It has something to do with an Aluminimum rod that goes down into the ho****er heater. It puts bad chemicals into the water that are not healthy for anyone.
Always start with cold water and heat it up.
