6 ER'S ATTENTION
HEY EVERYONE.... HOW WAS YOUR WEEK?? WAS IT BETTER? DID YOU DRINK YOUR WATER? WHAT HAPPENED THAT MADE YOU SMILE? DID YOU FEEL BAD ABOUT ANYTHING?
I HAD A GOOD WEEK... I REALLY DIDN'T WANT IT TO END, BECAUSE TODAY THE 17TH I WENT BACK TO WORK..... OH I DIDN'T WANT TO BUT I DID... THE GALS AT THE OFFICE HAD SIGNS AND FLOWERS FOR ME TO WELCOME ME BACK.. (HEY MAYBE I WAS MISSED) THE ONE LADY AT WORK THAT KNOWS WHY I WAS OFF... TOLD ME SHE COULD REALLY TELL A DIFFERENCE IN MY FACE AND UPPER BODY. SHIRTS ARE KIND OF LOSE. SO THAT MADE ME SMILE REAL BIG....
I HAVENT DONE VERY GOOD ON MY WATER THOUGH I HAVE TO DO BETTER I ONLY SEEM TO JUST GET ABOUT 56OZ OF LIQUID IN... I WISH I COULD DO BETTER... I ALSO HAVE HAD 3 TIMES THIS WEEK THAT I TRYED TO EAT NORMAL FOOD.... AND EVEN THOUGH I CHEW AND CHEW AND CHEW... I THINK I DON'T CHEW ENOUGH AND I HAVE HAD TO HOLD THE PORCLIN THRONE. SO I AM BACK TO EATING SCRAMBLED EGGS AND SOUP AND COTTAGE CHEESE... AND GIVE MY TUMMY A REST, AND TRY AGAIN NEXT WEEK...
BUT I AM PUMPED UP AND READY TO LOSE LOSE LOSE... I DID GET MY BIKE GOING ABOUT 15 MINUTES LAST NIGHT. THAT WAS GOOD... HOPE I CAN KEEP IT UP...

Hi, Bon Bon. I am glad you are feeling better and were able to go back to work. I've been back to work for 3 weeks now, it feels like I was never gone Let's see. I lost about 34-35 pounds, I was hoping it would be more but I don't exercise regularly and I am having a hard time getting in 75 grams of protein a day, as per my nutritionist's instructions. Today, I had a day off for MLK and was very happy about it. My first plan was to get some sleep and the second one was to walk. We wound up walking for 3 1/2 miles and some of it sloping up the hill, plus it was hot here in the afternoon. If I found the time to walk regularly, it would help greatly. I am a slave to my scale. Every morning I step on it and hold my breath. LOL. Today, it showed a pound more than yesterday. How did that happen? It's probably, because miss flo came to visit me. I was already getting concerned. My cycle got out of wack after the surgery. Sometimes, I have issues with solid food, so I remain a creature of habit with my yougurt, cottage cheese and chili. I feel so much better. I even went out and bought some new clothes, which is probably silly. I couldn't wear my pants, they were to baggy and were basically falling off. Even my shoes feel better.
