what did you eat today?
Hi, there. I am almost 6 weeks out.
For Breakfast I had: a cup of non fat plain yougurt with mixed in scoop of Perfect Protein.
Lunch: 1 Mozarella cheese stick
Dinner: a small chicken thigh baked in the oven with some ginger and soysauce and some pureed vegetables.
Snack: Persimmon and a couple of cherries
Last but not least about 60 oz of water.
I find that I carry my water bottle everywhere, otherwise I don't in enough water.
