Are you getting your protein in? I'm 3 1/2 weeks out, and I had: shake SF pudding slice cheese with 2 slices deli ham 2 oz. tuna (from Subway; I think it's 2 oz on the round sandwich) popsickle, SF 1 peanut butter cookie (just ONE -- that's great for me!) I usually get another snack in, cheese or yogurt, but I didn't have time today. And lunch lately has usually been half of a Lean Cuisine meal, with just a noodle or two -- mainly the meat. I'm still getting used to the planning! ~~ Leslie

I had surgery on 12/16/04 so I am 4 weeks post op RNY lapo. Pre Op my dr told me he usually by passes 150 feet of intestines but he would only do around 100 feet on me because my BMI was under 40. I am worried he left my stomach to large. I can eat an entire 3oz package of tuna with a little low fat mayo slowly yes and it takes me around 50 mins but I can and I don't feel like I ate to much or sick. I am worried I don't really feel full. I don't have much hunger thank God. I weighted 200 and I am down to like 183 so the weight is coming off just worried that my full is broken. I did AWFUL on my water today. I'm not using to drinking anything, so its been hard for me to remember to drink water. I had my protien supplement this morning and this evening (like a shot of medicine from GNC). I had a sugar free popsicle for lunch. For dinner, I had 1/4 oz of chicken. I'm not hungry and I'm finding it very difficult to eat anything. I'm very grateful for the supplements - its helping me get in protien. And oh boy, do I miss bread. I'm almost 6 weeks out and down 40lbs. I have 100 to go.
