And thank you for your tips...the pintos sound great but I asked the nutritionist and she said I wasn't allowed to eat pinto's yet..???...I thought they were a great source of protein...sometimes this really confuses me about how your so limited...and since I haven't seen the scales move in a week I'm getting worried that I'm gonna be the one this doesn't work for...I don't really crave sweets that much , just keep dreaming of a big slice of chocolate cake with chocolate icing...ha ha...but too afraid to even taste anything with sugar in it...don't want the dumping at all...Thanks again...and best of luck..NannaS
I wonder why she had a porblem with pinto beans with cheese? Did she say? I had no problems with it. I wonder at your fantasizing about food. I'm 5 weeks out & its been hard to even think of eating. BUT finaaly this weekend there was a commercial for Olive Garden's stuffed shells & shrimp & I admit it peaked my interest. I'll have to check with the nurtitionist.

I don't know why she didn't allow the pinto beans , we asked and she said no...Since my weight hasn't changed any for the past week and a half I'm thinking of doing an all liquid day for a couple of days and see if anything changes...take care and best of luck...Olive garden sounds good...I like the stuff shells commerical they have...lol...NannaS
I went to Curves last night. the first time I could go exercise in 3 days. Weighed myself and evidently I have hit a plateau. Stuck at 199 since last Thursday. I've been down becuse I have still been wearing the same 3 pairs of pants to work. Well I tried on a pair that didn't fit before and low and behold they do!!! So I'll go exercise before I go to the Support Group.
